Personale molto gentile.
io penso che per la colazione se almeno le bevande calde, caffe capuccini the etc.. fossero preparate dal personale e non con un distributore automatico sarebbe meglio

L'hotel,in posizione centralissima,ha reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.Ottima la professionalità e la cortesia del personale,a cominciare dal nostro arrivo in cui ci sono state fornite esaurienti spiegazioni su come raggiungere il centro e come risparmiare sul parcheggio.Molto assortita la colazione ricca di torte per tutti i gusti e di tante altre bontà nazionali ed internazionali.

Tutto molto confortevole. Volendo essere proprio dei rompiscatole...manca un appendiabiti in bagno (un gancio dietro la porta?) ed andrebbe sistemato l'intonaco del terrazzino. Comunque siamo stati proprio bene!

the city center is higher than the place of the hotel: there are moving staircases at only a 100 metres from the hotel going throug the old castle; that´s marvellous!
