Overall The Sangallo Palace Hotel was excellent. Staff was helpful, the hotel was clean, and our room was exceptionally comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. A big win. My only recommendation is better quality toilet paper. While we did use the bidet having something better than sandpaper would be welcome.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. They changed the mattress for me because it was too firm, which I really appreciated. If I had to make one small suggestion, it would have been great to have some body lotion and hair conditioner available. But honestly, everything was fantastic!

ottimo, con qualche piccola carenza, ma personale molto gentile, in particolare il Sig. Andrea che fin dalla prima volta che abbiamo alloggiato li ( dal 2020) e' riuscito sempre a procurarmi una stanza
